Sublimation

SUBLIMATION PROCESS for vibrant color all-over prints.
- How does it works?
- Solid dye particles are printed on treated paper that is converted into a gas then using heat and pressure it's bonded on appropriate fabrics.
- Compared to screen printing, Sublimation is actually absorbed into the fabric.
- A very soft touch is achieved.
- Dye Sublimation is done on fabrics that contain 50% polyester or more. The higher the polyester content the more vivid the images.
- The process produces garments with strong colors and is great for high-tech, performance fabrics and big impact needs.
